Bringing ODT to the Market

ODT will identify, source, fund and develop products in the fast-disintegrating platform that offer significant value through the combination of active ingredient and delivery formulation. These products will be partnered with existing animal health companies at or before regulatory approval.

 ODT will work with animal health companies and emerging biotech companies to co-develop fast disintegrating formulations of specific products. ODT can provide funding, technology development, manufacturing and commercialization support and will share in the commercial success of the ultimate product.

ODT will explore opportunities to license its technology for use in delivering proprietary active ingredients owned by animal health companies. ODT will receive development fees, milestone payments and royalties associated with the product as well as manufacture tablets for the licensee.
